Kansas casino revenue saw a decline in June 2025, totaling $34.2 million. This figure marks a 5.3% drop compared to June of the previous year.

Key Kansas Casino Revenue Trends

According to the Kansas Lottery, all four casinos in the state reported reduced earnings when compared to the same month last year. Boot Hill Casino experienced the largest percentage decrease, plummeting 13.5%. The Dodge City location earned $3.5 million this June, down from $4.1 million last year.

The Hollywood Casino, responsible for over 40% of the sector’s casino revenue in June, faced the largest monetary loss, with a revenue decline of 4.9% to $13.8 million.

Broad State Revenue Trends

Despite these monthly declines, the overall trend for Kansas casinos remains encouraging. Year-to-date figures show a total revenue of $418.7 million in 2025, surpassing the $408 million recorded during the same period in 2024.

Kansas Star Casino and Kansas Crossing Casino also reported lower revenues. Kansas Star’s figures dropped by 3.5% to $13.5 million, while Kansas Crossing’s revenue reduced by 4.8% to $3.4 million.
