Pechanga Resort Casino Ballroom Makeover Enhances Guest Experience

The Pechanga Resort Casino ballroom makeover has transformed the venue in Temecula, California. Known for its commitment to excellence, the casino has renovated its grand ballroom with nearly 150 feet of LED screens, new lighting, and cultural displays. The revamped ballroom opened its doors in June and serves as an ideal space for meetings and events.

“This renovation represents everything we’re about at Pechanga, honoring our heritage while delivering world-class experiences,” stated Sean Vasquez, President of Pechanga Development Corporation. “Guests will immediately recognize the cultural significance and modern elegance upon entering, thanks to the enhanced technology and cultural displays.”

The Pechanga Band of Indians owns and operates Pechanga Resort Casino. The renovation of the over 30,000-square-foot ballroom included new carpeting, enhanced ceiling millwork, state-of-the-art lighting, and upgraded audio-visual systems. The Las Vegas-based interior designers Klai Juba Wald aligned the redesign with the Summit Events Center, linked to the casino’s recent expansive upgrades.

“The goal was to blend vibrant colors with neutral tones while honoring the original design,” the designers noted. The foyer showcases three 10-foot by 10-foot LED panels that enhance meeting planners’ ability to present visually dynamic content. The ballroom’s 110 feet of built-in screens allow the display of videos, logos, and presentation materials.

Aside from the aesthetic overhaul, the renovation provided a platform to highlight the tribe’s cultural heritage. Ten large display insets feature artifacts and cultural relics, providing educational opportunities for attendees. Descriptions of these pieces appear on adjacent flat-screen LED TVs.

The renovation employed over 200 technicians, who ensured sustainable practices by recycling significant amounts of materials like carpet and building elements. Pechanga focused on reducing waste, recycling 27,000 square feet of carpeting and diverting old ballroom materials from landfills.

Offering a 21,476 square feet space, the ballroom can be divided into three sections to cater to various event sizes, accommodating over 3,000 people. Read more news.
