Green Valley Ranch Resort has announced the next phase of its $200 million renovation project: the transformation of its guest rooms and convention spaces at its Las Vegas location. This comprehensive redesign will enhance all 493 rooms and suites.
“This transformation represents a new era of luxury at Green Valley Ranch,” expressed Ken Janssen, vice president and general manager. “We’ve reimagined each room and suite with bespoke finishes and refined designs, offering modern travelers distinct and elevated experiences.”
$200 Million Renovation Brings Change
The renovation of 422 guest rooms and 71 suites promises a sophisticated design, combining residential warmth, contemporary elegance, and unique textures for an inviting atmosphere. Station Casinos’ design team, in collaboration with Avenue Interior Design, is overseeing the project. Completions are staggered with the West Tower set for completion in fall, and the East Tower and South Lobby finalized by 2026. Upcoming months will see the unveiling of additional suites and more transformation announcements.
Modernized Rooms and Suites Elevate Offerings
In the extensive room redesign, 98 deluxe king and 64 double-queen rooms, each measuring 495 square feet, will be updated entirely. Design highlights include LED vanity mirrors, 65-inch smart TVs, custom hardware, bookmatched Calacatta Macchia Vecchia marble finishes, and more. Guests will enjoy conveniences such as Nespresso machines and automated lighting control systems.
The West Tower will feature 37 reimagined suites that blend avant-garde design with contemporary elegance. They are equipped with 75”-85” smart TVs, sophisticated entertainment systems, personalized butler services for the Luxury Patio Suite and Strip Suite.
Executive suites, totaling sixteen, offer flexible configurations, pool-view balconies, or vineyard-facing patios, along with luxurious en-suite features. One-bedroom suites of 1,000 square feet will also include private patios with scenic views of the Las Vegas skyline.
