David Berman, with over three decades in gaming mergers and acquisitions, has facilitated deals worth more than $125 billion and helped clients raise substantial capital. He established Regal Capital Advisors and has a prolific career with financial institutions like Credit Suisse.
Ann Simmons Nicholson, with her strategic planning expertise, has worked with a multitude of major gaming companies, providing training and guidance globally over her 40-year career. She has been pivotal in property openings, expansions, and acquisitions worldwide.
Charles Lombardo is renowned for pioneering slot technologies and regulatory frameworks in the gaming sector. His leadership roles at esteemed institutions like Caesars Palace and Seminole Gaming set high industry standards.
